Application Tips:
*Twist the bottom of the pen until product rises to the surface of the brush. Turn slowly, so that too much product does not come out all at once. Apply our perk-up formula directly with the brush-tip to the under-eye area, under the brow bone, on the lids of your eyes (if necessary), and also on the center of the chin and center of the forehead for some extra t-zone brightening! Blend in the product with your fourth fingers for a smooth and gentle application. Our Perk Up pen can be worn on its own or on top of your favourite concealer for an extra under-eye pop! Set with a translucent setting powder for extra longevity.
